The story of Ballet Fit® is the story of Gloria and Raquel. It all started as a heartbeat in the soul of Gloria, the dancer, the creator, the woman with charisma and artistic talent. From a very young age, Gloria knew she wanted to dance and grew up doing just that. She built a career as a professional dancer, studied Physical Education, and worked as a school teacher for several years. During that time, an idea kept forming in her mind. An idea that combined her two greatest passions: ballet and teaching.

Gloria understood that ballet is a demanding discipline, traditionally reserved for a select few, but she wanted to make its incredible benefits accessible to everyone. She also recognized a gap in the fitness industry. There were no training programs incorporating ballet-based exercises. With all these thoughts and her natural enthusiasm and determination, she developed a training method that became a reality with the support of professionals in medicine, sports, and marketing. And so, Ballet Fit® was born and took its first steps.

One day, Gloria and Raquel met in Raquel’s office. That day is etched in both of their memories. Raquel is a communication professional specializing in culture, entertainment, and sports, and she immediately saw the potential of Ballet Fit®. Captivated by Gloria’s energy and the beauty of the project, she gradually became more involved until they decided to found the company as it is today. Raquel is the other half that Ballet Fit® needed, the one who works behind the scenes. She designed the business structure, built the teams, managed projects, and gave order and goals to the content that everything revolves around: Gloria’s creations. And so they embarked on one of the greatest adventures of their lives.

Raquel says, “We are rowing in the same direction, we share the same values and the same business vision. That is not easy to find. I deeply believe in the effectiveness of the method and know that we can make many people happy.” Meanwhile, Gloria adds, “We are laying solid foundations for our project. Humble in learning, consistent in our actions, and with a single ambition: to take Ballet Fit® to every corner of the world.”

Now, every day, the team, made up entirely of professional women, works to bring a unique and highly effective training program to more people. And this is only possible thanks to the community of instructors who are the real protagonists of this story. They create magic in their classes every week, improving the quality of life for their students.
