Ballet Fit® is a Spanish fitness company founded by two women, developing an elegant training method that combines ballet technique with fitness exercises. No external equipment is used, and all exercises are based on full-body movement. Ballet Fit® trains its own instructors, creating a growing community through the classes they teach. It also offers training programs, personal and virtual training, as well as sports and lifestyle accessories.
The discipline was created by dancer Gloria Morales, who combined the wisdom of ballet with the fun of fitness in this unique choreographic activity. Ballet Fit® brings the art of ballet to everyone, a demanding discipline traditionally reserved for a few, but with a technique for training the body that even Joseph Pilates studied and used as the foundation for his Pilates method.
